I had a fabulous afternoon supporting fellow author Jude Lennon as she launched her new children’s book, Floga with Flossie.
As I am a yoga teacher, Jude asked me if I’d come along and do a little demo after her reading. I was more than happy to oblige and even had a couple of willing participants, one of whom was Jude herself!
